To order items from the shop, please just click the "Add To Cart" button next to the item you want. You can check different options next to each item if you want more than one craft supply item or different sizes etc.... you can keep adding items from any section. Follow the instructions to checkout and check through what you have added - remove any items at this stage if you have changed your mind then checkout the contents of your cart.
Checkout is handled by Paypal, the biggest secure payment processing company. You don't need to set up a Paypal account, as you can pay with your credit or debit card.  We never get to see your card information, only your address, email address and the details of your order.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling but you can pay with any currency you like - Paypal will do currency conversions automatically during checkout, but for approximate conversions visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/

Postage and shipping

We always post 1st Class within the UK and Airmail internationally to most destinations worldwide. Shipping price covers postage and packaging, plus a small handling charge.

There are 2 set postage payments: £2.45 for any order - no matter how small. This covers all the basic costs of handling, packaging, petrol and postage. All orders over £40.00 are sent FREE OF CHARGE!! and this is as a big THANKYOU for spending your hard earned cash at out store. We understand many of our shoppers are crafters who buy in bulk and sell their crafts so this goes a little way to supporting to your business, and ours.

All orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving cleared payment. LovePaperfish decide when that payment clears. When it leaves your paypal / bank and when it clears in our account, might be 2 different dates. YOU are responsible for making sure your Paypal address is up to date and accurate as I cannot re-send or refund orders posted to a wrong address that you have given me.

International Airmail normally takes 5-7 working days to arrive depending on your location but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs etc. If you are worried about your parcel please get in touch as soon as possible! Buyers BE-AWARE: you are responsible for any customs charges entering your country from the UK

Wrong goods? Refunds?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and you must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged I will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.

Safety stuffs and Allergic bits: 

No item we sell is a TOY meant to be used directly with or by children. With the exception of our party BADGE packs. These are recommended for ages 4yrs and upwards and to be bought and used at the discretion and under supervision of, the adult and parents responsible.

BUNTING is not a toy but a home decorative item.

CHRISTMAS decorations are not toys - they are not designed to be played with by small children.

All items are from a smokefree environment but we have a Studio DOG! and all items have been exposed to Lavender, Cloves, Star Anise, Cinnamon, and Pepper.

The handmade items you receive will be made from the same pattern and materials as the ones pictured in my shop, but may vary in small details like buttons. These items are HANDMADE - enjoy the fact that they are all unique and individual! The colours in my photographs are as accurate as possible, but these may appear differently on different computer monitors.
